For LinkedIn and email on every plan in the cloud, the main Waalaxy alternative is Dripify; La Growth Machine does the same per sender identity, with free seats for teammates. For the lowest paid price, Octopus CRM at $9.99 a month. For a free option, OutreachGenie's Free plan runs campaigns within 80 outreach actions a week from your own Chrome, while Waalaxy's Freemium cannot automate. For desktop software you host, Linked Helper. For branching sequences, Expandi. For email-first teams, lemlist. For local or cloud from one vendor, Dux-Soup. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits automation, so every option carries account-restriction risk.

What changed at Waalaxy in 2026
On July 1, 2026, Waalaxy announced that it is fully cloud-based and had removed its Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store; campaigns now run from app.waalaxy.com without a browser dependency. Buyers who chose Waalaxy because it ran in their own browser now get a hosted tool instead.
Pricing depends on region. On November 5, 2026, the US-dollar display showed Pro at $19 per user a month on monthly billing, Advanced at $39 and Business at $69, or $16, $32 and $55 billed yearly. The euro view defaults to yearly billing at €19, €49 and €69, and Waalaxy's help center gives €139 a month as the standard monthly Business price. Quarterly and yearly terms are paid upfront. Pro allows 300 invitations a month and Advanced and Business 800; email sequences and multiple sender accounts are on Business only.
Freemium keeps your data but cannot run automation. The trial requires a credit card and converts to a paid plan unless you cancel, and Waalaxy says no reminder is sent before the first charge.

Dripify: email on every plan, in the cloud
Waalaxy keeps email for Business. Dripify includes LinkedIn and email steps on every paid plan, with 100 email-finder credits a month. On November 5, 2026, Pro cost $79 per user a month on monthly billing ($59 billed annually) and Advanced $99 ($79), with a 7-day trial and no card. Execution is cloud-based, and Advanced adds team management and A/B testing.
For a Waalaxy Business user paying $69 a month in the US-dollar view, Dripify Pro costs $10 more and replaces Waalaxy's 800-invitation monthly cap with daily quotas on its own plan grid (75 connection requests a day).
- Strength: email steps from the first paid plan.
- Strength: cloud execution, like Waalaxy today.
- Trade-off: four times Waalaxy Pro's monthly price for LinkedIn-only users.
- Trade-off: no free plan.

La Growth Machine: per-identity LinkedIn and email
La Growth Machine is the alternative most often weighed against Waalaxy by teams. It bills per identity (one sender's LinkedIn and email inboxes) and lets non-sending teammates join free. In its US-dollar display on November 5, 2026, Basic cost $69 an identity a month, Pro $138 and Ultimate $207 on monthly billing; it invoices in euros at €60, €120 and €180. Basic allows three identities. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Every plan includes LinkedIn and email, and La Growth Machine describes itself as cloud-based with dedicated IPs.
- Strength: email on the cheapest plan, unlike Waalaxy Pro and Advanced.
- Strength: free seats for teammates who do not send.
- Trade-off: Basic costs about as much as Waalaxy Business in dollars.
- Trade-off: euro invoicing.

Octopus CRM: the lowest paid price
Octopus CRM is what Waalaxy used to be architecturally: a Chrome extension working from your browser. On November 5, 2026, its plans cost $9.99, $14.99, $21.99 and $39.99 a month on monthly billing, or $6.99 to $24.99 billed annually, each with a 7-day trial and no card.
It covers LinkedIn invitations, messages, profile visits and endorsements with a simple pipeline view and a Zapier or HubSpot connection. Like any extension tool, it pauses when Chrome closes, and it has no email sequences.
- Strength: the cheapest paid plan in this comparison.
- Strength: the session stays in your own browser.
- Trade-off: LinkedIn only.
- Trade-off: browser-dependent execution; check which actions your tier includes.
OutreachGenie: a free Waalaxy alternative that runs campaigns
On November 5, 2026, OutreachGenie's Free plan cost $0 with no card and covered 80 outreach actions (invitations, messages, likes, comments and follows) and 500 new prospects a week, resetting every Monday. Profile visits, lists, flows and campaigns are unlimited, and MCP, Zapier and API keys are included. Pro costs $15 a month per workspace ($150 a year) and removes the caps; Agency costs $20 per connected LinkedIn account a month.
It is the opposite of Waalaxy's new setup: a Chrome extension performs LinkedIn steps in your own signed-in browser. That is what makes a working free plan possible, and also its main limit, since nothing runs while Chrome is closed. 80 actions a week is roughly 16 per working day, enough for a small personal pipeline but not for volume prospecting.
- Strength: Free runs real campaign actions without a card or trial clock.
- Strength: Pro at $15 a month undercuts Waalaxy Pro's US-dollar price.
- Trade-off: LinkedIn only, with no email steps; Chrome must stay open.
- Trade-off: a newer product with a smaller review footprint, and Free stops at its weekly caps.
Linked Helper: desktop software you host
Linked Helper runs as desktop software on your computer or a VPS you rent; the LinkedIn session stays on that machine. On November 5, 2026, Standard cost $15 per license a month with local data storage on a one-month term and Pro $45; storing data on Linked Helper's servers raises those to $29.90 and $59.90. The 14-day Pro trial needs no card and ends without charging you.
- Strength: lower list price than Waalaxy Pro, with term discounts up to 45%.
- Strength: client workspaces and view-only guest access.
- Trade-off: the machine must be on for campaigns to run.
- Trade-off: Standard caps some actions, and email sending is not listed.
Expandi: branching sequences with a dedicated IP
Expandi suits Waalaxy users who outgrew pre-built sequences. On November 5, 2026, Business cost $99 a month ($79 annually) with a 7-day trial that bills unless cancelled. It is cloud-based with a dedicated country-based IP, and its If/Action builder mixes LinkedIn steps with email follow-ups. Larger teams and white-label buyers get an Agency quote.
- Strength: conditional logic across LinkedIn and email.
- Strength: agency roles and white label available by quote.
- Trade-off: one public plan at $99, with no lower tier.
- Trade-off: image personalization is an extra cost.

lemlist and Dux-Soup: two narrower fits
lemlist fits a team whose main channel is email. Its Multichannel plan, needed for LinkedIn steps, cost $109 per user a month on monthly billing ($87 yearly) on November 5, 2026, with a 14-day trial. Its help center says LinkedIn steps need its Chrome extension and your browser session, one LinkedIn account per seat.
Dux-Soup fits a buyer who wants a choice of execution model. STACKED local runs on your Mac or Windows machine for $55 per seat a month; STACKED cloud runs on Dux-Soup's servers for $99. There is a two-week trial without card details, and no email steps are listed.
- lemlist strength: email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS in one sequence. Trade-off: the highest per-sender price here.
- Dux-Soup strength: move from local to cloud without changing tools. Trade-off: LinkedIn only, and cloud costs $99 a seat.

What LinkedIn's rules say
Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and unauthorized automated methods for accessing LinkedIn, adding contacts, sending messages and engaging with posts, and a neighbouring item prohibits browser plugins and scripts that scrape or copy the service. LinkedIn's Help Center page on prohibited software and extensions says tools that scrape, modify the appearance of, or automate activity on the site are not permitted, and that members who use them risk restriction or closure of their accounts. The companion page on automated activity says a restricted member must disable the tool before the account is re-enabled. That is true of Waalaxy and of every alternative here, whether it runs in the cloud, a browser or a desktop app.
If you move, pause Waalaxy campaigns first and export prospects, replies and exclusions, so nobody receives a second invitation from the new tool.

How we compared
We read Waalaxy's pricing page and its help center, and each alternative's own pricing page, on November 5, 2026. Waalaxy's displayed prices changed with the browser's region settings, so we report the US-dollar display seen with US English and a US time zone, and the euro figures separately. Prices exclude tax and use monthly billing unless marked. We did not run campaigns, so nothing here measures acceptance, replies or restriction rates.
The picks are editorial judgment on those published facts, following our comparison methodology.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free Waalaxy alternative?
Yes. OutreachGenie's Free plan runs LinkedIn campaign actions at $0 with no card, capped at 80 outreach actions and 500 new prospects a week, from your own Chrome. Waalaxy's own Freemium account cannot run automation.
Does Waalaxy still have a Chrome extension?
Not for running campaigns. Waalaxy announced on July 1, 2026 that it is fully cloud-based and removed its extension from the Chrome Web Store. It mentions an optional helper extension for faster imports.
Which Waalaxy alternative is cheapest?
Octopus CRM, at $9.99 a month on monthly billing ($6.99 billed annually). Linked Helper Standard and OutreachGenie Pro cost $15 a month. Waalaxy Pro itself showed $19 per user a month in its US-dollar display on November 5, 2026.
Which Waalaxy alternatives include email on every plan?
Dripify and La Growth Machine include LinkedIn and email on every paid plan. Expandi's single Business plan includes email follow-ups. Waalaxy reserves email sequences for its Business plan.
Will a Waalaxy alternative lower the risk of a LinkedIn restriction?
No tool can promise that. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and unauthorized automation however they run, and LinkedIn says accounts using prohibited tools can be restricted or shut down. Execution model, IPs and daily caps change how a tool works, not whether LinkedIn allows it.
