About the research desk

Useful comparisons begin with visible evidence.

Outreach Benchmarks helps teams compare prospecting software by workflow, channel, operational fit, and verifiable product facts—not by a single invented score.

How profiles are built

We begin with dated vendor documentation, normalize each tool into the same decision fields, and label what remains editorial analysis.

What a profile is not

A structured profile is not presented as a hands-on review. Pricing, sending limits, account policies, and integrations should be validated in a live trial.

Corrections

Product details change. Send a source and the affected URL to research@outreachbenchmarks.com; material corrections are reviewed against primary evidence.

Commercial relationships

OutreachGenie and Outreach Benchmarks share an owner. We disclose that relationship when discussing the product. Vendor relationships do not substitute for dated source evidence or a repeatable comparison method; any future sponsorship or affiliate relationship will be disclosed where it appears.

A useful correction includes evidence

Send the affected profile URL, the sentence that changed, a dated primary source, and—when relevant—the plan, region, or account type you observed. That context helps distinguish a product change from a rollout, experiment, or plan-specific limit.

We review changing claims against the linked source and update the observation date. Editorial conclusions may also change when new evidence alters the practical tradeoff.
