List prices in US dollars per user, seat or license a month, excluding tax, read on each vendor's pricing page on November 6, 2026. 'Billed annually' is the monthly equivalent of a yearly plan paid upfront. Tools are listed alphabetically, not ranked. On a narrow screen, scroll the table sideways.
The best pick under $100 depends on what you are missing
Prospecting has two halves: finding the right people with a way to reach them, and then reaching out. Some tools here only do the first half (Lusha, Sales Navigator), some only the second (Octopus CRM, Waalaxy, Dripify, Linked Helper, OutreachGenie), and Apollo does a bit of both through email. Decide which half is the bottleneck before comparing prices.
- You need email addresses and phone numbers and want to email from the same place: Apollo Basic, $65 a month or $49 billed annually.
- You only need contact data, and fewer lookups: Lusha Starter, $49.90 a month for 400 credits, or Apollo's free plan if 75 credits a month is enough.
- You live in LinkedIn search and want its filters: Sales Navigator Core, but only on annual billing if the budget is a hard $100.
- LinkedIn and email in one cloud sequence: Dripify Pro at $79; Waalaxy Business at $69 if the 800-invitation monthly cap fits.
- The cheapest cloud LinkedIn sequences: Waalaxy Pro at $19, with 300 invitations a month.
- The lowest paid price of any outreach tool here: Octopus CRM at $9.99.
- Software on your own computer or VPS: Linked Helper from $15 per license.
- A $0 plan that still sends invitations and messages: OutreachGenie Free, capped at 80 outreach actions a week.
Data, outreach or both: what each price actually covers
Data tools sell credits. Apollo charges 1 credit for an email and 8 for a phone number; Lusha charges 1 and 5. A credit budget decides how many new people you can contact, so divide the plan price by the credits you will really use, not by the headline number.
Outreach tools sell sending capacity on LinkedIn, sometimes with email. Their limits are invitations, actions or senders, and the price is per user, seat or LinkedIn account. A cheap outreach tool with no data source still needs a list, which usually comes from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator or a data tool.
Sales Navigator sits apart. It is LinkedIn's own search and lead-list product, so it improves who you find on LinkedIn, but it does not export emails or run sequences. Most outreach tools on this page can start campaigns from a Sales Navigator search, which is why buyers often pay for both.

Apollo: data and email sequences on one bill
Price, checked November 6, 2026: Free is $0 with 75 credits per seat a month and two sequences. Basic is $65 per seat a month on monthly billing with 2,500 credits a month, or $49 billed annually with 30,000 credits a year granted upfront. Professional is $99 a month with 4,000 credits, or $79 billed annually with 48,000 a year. Organization starts at $149 a month or $119 billed annually, with a three-seat minimum, so it falls outside this budget.
Apollo is the only tool on this page that combines a contact database with email sequences in one subscription. Its sequences are built for email and calls; it is not a LinkedIn automation tool, so LinkedIn steps remain manual. For a solo seller who mostly prospects by email, Basic covers both halves of the job.
- Strength: data and email outreach together, with a usable free plan.
- Strength: both paid plans under $100 stay under it on monthly billing.
- Trade-off: phone numbers cost 8 credits each, so a call-heavy workflow burns credits quickly.
- Trade-off: no LinkedIn invitations or messages are sent for you.

Waalaxy: the lowest cloud price for LinkedIn sequences
Price, checked November 6, 2026, in Waalaxy's US-dollar display: Pro is $19 per user a month on monthly billing or $16 billed yearly, with 300 invitations a month. Advanced is $39 or $32 and Business $69 or $55, both with 800 invitations a month. Email steps are on Business. Every plan includes email-finder credits and starts with a 14-day trial; a LinkedIn Inbox add-on costs €20 a month.
Waalaxy runs in the cloud, so campaigns continue when your computer is off. It is the cheapest way on this page to get that, and Business at $69 is a cheaper LinkedIn-plus-email option than Dripify if 800 invitations a month is enough.
- Strength: cloud execution from $19 a month.
- Strength: all three plans fit under $100 on either billing term.
- Trade-off: Pro's 300 invitations a month is tight for daily prospecting.
- Trade-off: email sequences only on Business; prices vary by region and currency.

Dripify: LinkedIn and email in the cloud, just under $100
Price, checked November 6, 2026: Pro is $79 per user a month on monthly billing or $59 billed annually; Advanced is $99 or $79. Enterprise is quoted. Both public plans run LinkedIn and email in the same sequence and include 100 email-finder credits a month, with more sold in packs from $29 for 1,000. The 7-day trial needs no card and does not charge automatically when it ends.
Dripify is the choice when one rep wants a cloud sequence that mixes LinkedIn steps with email follow-ups and is willing to pay close to the $100 ceiling for it. Advanced adds team management and A/B testing, which matters more to a manager than to a solo seller.
- Strength: email included from the first paid plan.
- Strength: a trial without a card that does not convert by itself.
- Trade-off: Advanced at $99 leaves no room for a data tool in a $100 budget.
- Trade-off: no free plan.

Lusha: contact data, priced by credit
Price, checked November 6, 2026: Free is $0 with 40 credits a month. Starter is $49.90 a month with 400 credits, or $449.10 a year ($37.45 a month). Pro is $69.90 a month with 600 credits, or $629.10 a year ($52.45 a month). Premium is $399.90 a month and Scale is quoted. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5; unused credits on monthly plans roll over up to twice the plan limit.
Lusha is a data tool. Its browser extension shows contact details on LinkedIn profiles and company pages, and it connects to CRMs, but outreach happens elsewhere. Pair it with an outreach tool if you need both halves.
- Strength: verified phone numbers at a lower credit cost than Apollo.
- Strength: monthly credits roll over within a cap.
- Trade-off: 400 credits buys at most 80 phone numbers.
- Trade-off: no sequences, so it is half of a prospecting stack.

Octopus CRM: the lowest paid price for LinkedIn outreach
Price, checked November 6, 2026: on monthly billing, Starter is $9.99, Pro $14.99, Advanced $21.99 and Unlimited $39.99. On annual billing they are $6.99, $9.99, $14.99 and $24.99 a month. Every plan has a 7-day trial without a card, and teams with 20 or more accounts get a quote.
Octopus CRM is a Chrome extension that sends invitations and messages, visits profiles and endorses skills from your own browser, with a simple pipeline view and a Zapier and HubSpot connection. Even Unlimited leaves room in a $100 budget for a data tool.
- Strength: the cheapest paid outreach tool in this comparison.
- Strength: every plan works with Sales Navigator.
- Trade-off: LinkedIn only, with no email sequences.
- Trade-off: actions only run while Chrome is open.
Linked Helper: desktop software from $15
Price, checked November 6, 2026: Standard is $15 per license a month and Pro $45 on a one-month term with local data storage. Cloud data storage raises Standard to $29.90. Longer terms cut the price by up to 45%, so Standard on a 12-month term is $8.25 a month, and buying 10 or more licenses adds a volume discount. The 14-day trial gives full Pro access without a card and does not renew.
Linked Helper runs as an app on your computer or a VPS you rent, not in the vendor's cloud. Standard includes 620 data credits a month for finding emails and Pro 3,100. It suits a technical user who wants the LinkedIn session on hardware they control.
- Strength: low list price and large discounts for longer terms.
- Strength: both Standard and Pro fit under $100.
- Trade-off: the machine has to stay on with the app running.
- Trade-off: Standard caps some actions that Pro lifts.
OutreachGenie: a free plan that runs LinkedIn outreach
Price, checked November 6, 2026: Free is $0 without a card and includes 80 outreach actions (invitations, messages, likes, comments and follows) and 500 new prospects a week, reset every Monday. Pro is $15 a month per workspace or $150 a year, removes both caps and adds the AI features, with a 7-day trial. Agency is $20 per connected LinkedIn account a month, billed monthly. MCP, Zapier and API keys come with every plan.
Campaigns are built in a web app and the LinkedIn steps run through a Chrome extension in your own signed-in browser. Prospects can come from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator or the people engaging with a post, which covers list building on LinkedIn but not email or phone data.
- Strength: the only $0 plan here that sends LinkedIn invitations and messages.
- Strength: Pro at $15 leaves most of a $100 budget for Sales Navigator or a data tool.
- Trade-off: LinkedIn only, and Chrome must stay open while actions run.
- Trade-off: a newer product with a smaller review footprint, and Free stops at its weekly caps.

What LinkedIn's rules say
Section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement forbids using bots or other unauthorized automated methods to access LinkedIn, add or download contacts, send messages, or post, comment and react. The same section bars software, scripts and browser add-ons that scrape or copy the service. LinkedIn's Help Center article on prohibited software and extensions says tools that scrape, change the look of, or automate activity on the site are not permitted and that accounts using them can be restricted or shut down. Its article on automated activity adds that a restricted member is asked to turn the tool off before the account is restored.
That applies to every outreach tool on this page, whether it runs in the cloud, a browser or a desktop app, and including OutreachGenie. Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's own product, and data tools such as Apollo and Lusha are governed by their own terms and by privacy law rather than by this clause alone.

How we checked the prices
We read each vendor's own pricing page on November 6, 2026, switching billing toggles where a page offered them, and report list prices in US dollars before tax. Sales Navigator's prices come from the pricing FAQ on LinkedIn's plan comparison page, which LinkedIn dated September 27, 2026. Where a vendor showed a yearly total and a monthly equivalent, we give both.
We did not run campaigns or buy data in these tools, so nothing here measures data accuracy, acceptance or reply rates. Prices change often; recheck the vendor page before you buy.
