One manager operating three LinkedIn sender accounts and three reps each operating one account may need different licenses, even though both teams have three senders. A price marked ‘per user’ may count operators; a price marked ‘per sender’ may count connected LinkedIn identities. Before comparing subscriptions, write down both numbers, the actions the team needs, and the plan that actually includes them. Current vendor pages give useful starting prices, but they do not turn unlike workflows into equivalent purchases.
Count the thing each vendor bills for
Start with a small roster: connected LinkedIn identities, people who will manage them, and clients who need separate workspaces. Ask the vendor which of those numbers changes the invoice. HeyReach labels its Growth price per sender and shows an Agency bundle with 25 senders. Waalaxy displays a per-user price. Dripify also prices per user. Expandi's pricing page shows a Business price and says agency discounts rise with the number of seats; a buyer still needs a quote for the intended seat count. The same word, ‘seat,’ need not mean the same permission or connected account across products.
Do not multiply the lowest number on a comparison table until the required plan is known. A rep who only reviews replies may or may not consume the same billable unit as a connected sender. Confirm that distinction in the actual trial or sales order, along with how many LinkedIn accounts one license can connect.

Work the three-sender case before buying a bundle
Suppose one team needs three connected LinkedIn senders and one manager. On October 2, 2026, HeyReach's monthly Growth display is $79 per sender. Three senders therefore produce a $237 monthly tool subtotal at that displayed rate. Its Agency display is $999 per month for 25 senders. On price alone, the bundle does not fit this three-sender case. At 13 senders, $79 each would be $1,027, just above $999, but that arithmetic is only a screening point: the plans differ in included features and credits, and a current quote may change the comparison.
Expandi shows $99 per month for Business and a lower annual-billing equivalent, with agency seat discounts handled separately. Waalaxy presents euro-denominated per-user plans with different invitation allowances. Dripify shows per-user prices that change with the billing period and plan. These are vendor-published displays, not a normalized market price or a test of what any account can accomplish. Keep each currency and billing term intact until the vendor confirms the purchase configuration.

A cheap seat can carry an expensive ceiling
The next question is what the paid unit lets the team do. Waalaxy's pricing table varies invitation allowances by plan. Dripify marks Basic as having limited daily quotas. HeyReach advertises unlimited campaigns, while its pricing copy still tells each sender to stay within daily limits and allocates enrichment credits. ‘Unlimited campaigns,’ invitation allowances, enrichment credits, and LinkedIn account limits refer to different things. Record each separately rather than converting them into a single promise of unlimited outreach.
OutreachGenie's current pricing describes a free workspace with no product-side quota on invites, messages, visits, lists, or flows, and says LinkedIn's limits still apply. Outreach Benchmarks and OutreachGenie share an owner. The $0 workspace may be useful for a team that wants to keep reviewable lists and campaign state without a product subscription; verify its actual workflow against a paid sender tool before treating the two as substitutes. A free product-side quota is not permission for unlimited LinkedIn activity.

Put a real month on one worksheet
For each candidate, calculate: billable senders or users × price for the required plan, plus any required enrichment, email, CRM, or workspace charges. Then add only the LinkedIn subscription or data services the team actually needs; Sales Navigator is not a universal prerequisite. Note tax, currency, annual commitment, trial expiry, and the cost of adding one more sender. If a vendor sells a bundle, record its minimum charge and unused capacity instead of dividing the price by all advertised seats as though they are already in use.
Use the same consented test list and one month-long operating plan for each trial. Can the team connect all intended accounts, review a lead before action, see who owns a reply, export records, and stop a campaign? Record which plan performed each task and what the vendor says happens at its quota or credit boundary. This is a proposed buying test; the public pricing pages alone cannot establish the result for your account.
- Roster: connected LinkedIn identities, operators, and clients or workspaces.
- Invoice: required plan, billing unit, minimum bundle, term, tax, currency, and add-ons.
- Ceilings: invitations, message or visit controls, enrichment credits, team permissions, and exports.
- Exit: trial end date, cancellation terms, and whether records can be exported before access ends.
Price does not settle the platform decision
LinkedIn says it does not permit unauthorized third-party software, including bots and browser extensions, that scrapes, modifies, or automates activity on its website, and warns of account restrictions. A paid seat, a vendor's daily setting, or a free workspace does not establish LinkedIn approval. If that exposure is unacceptable for a sender account, keep the outreach human-run using LinkedIn's native functions and budget the team's time instead.
Choose the least expensive configuration that passes the team's actual workflow and policy decision, then recheck the live pricing page before purchase. For broader tool fit, use the small-team guide; for access and policy questions, use the separate account-risk checklist. This cost model only answers what the team will pay and what its quoted plan includes.
